We only use organic and wet cleaning technology. All dry cleaning garments go through the Tatyana’s seven step process:
1. Inspection: Here we check briefly for any issue such as wear and tear or if the garment needs any special attention. We will call you if there is anything that needs to be discussed.
2. Spotting: Here the spotter (the professional with complete garment knowledge) will treat the spots and he/she will follow instructions tag on how to clean.
3. Dry clean/wet clean: The garments are cleaned using dry cleaning solvent or wet cleaned using water. Some \times we use both depending on the nature of the spot and the fabric type.
4. Pressing: The garments are carefully pressed and steamed. We pay attention to every little detail such as pleats, crease, lining etc.
5. Inspection again: We inspect here for any little spot left or any other issues.
6. Touch up and fixing: Here we will do some touch ups and fixing such as buttons or hooks if they are loose.
7. Get each customer’s order completed and ready for pick up.
