1. Do you offer Pick up and Delivery?
Yes, we do. You can fill up the online pick up forms, or call us. Pick ups/deliveries are usually done the next day of receiving the order.
2. What about same day pick-ups and deliveries?
a. We
may be able to accommodate, so please call us.
3. Is there a charge for pick up delivery?
a. No, there is no charge as long as you meet the $30 minimum, otherwise we charge a $5 fee (fixed).
4. Do you offer same day dry cleaning or Laundry service?
a. Yes we do, and the cut off time for the same day is 10 AM.
5. When will the order be ready if I bring in by 10 am for the same day service?
a. Usually after 5 PM.
6. Do you clean fur and leather items?
a. Yes we do. And we need about 1-2 weeks for these items to be cleaned.
7. Do you clean Rugs?
a. Yes, we need about two weeks.
8. What days does your tailor work?
a. The tailor usually works Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 11 am and 4 PM. For other times, please call us before you come.
9. Can I bring my own soap for laundry?
a. Yes.
10. What is your turnaround time for dry cleaning?
a. Usually two days, unless an item requires some extra attention. For example, we may need more time to get a tough stain out or a special item may require extra care while cleaning and pressing.
11. Do you clean wedding gowns?
a. Yes, we do. We generally need a few weeks.
12. Is Tatyana’s cleaners an Organic dry cleaner?
a. Yes, we have been offering all organic dry cleaning for the past 12 years.
